Geneva: An Indian Parliamentary delegation being led by Rajya Sabha's Deputy Chairman, Harivansh, held a bilateral meeting with Thailand's Parliamentary delegation on the sidelines of the 148th Assembly of Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) in Geneva.
