In a big diplomatic humiliation, Pakistan is no longer getting the support of its friendly countries on the Kashmir issue.

The United Arab Emirates, which is close to Pakistan, has accepted that Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (POK) is an integral part of India. Days after the recently concluded multi-nation summit in New Delhi, UAE Deputy PM Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan shared a video from G20.

Pakistan has long-standing territorial claims over the region, hence the UAE's recognition to PoK is seen as a noteworthy affront. For Pakistan, its traditional relations with the Gulf are critical, but attempting to arm-twist Muslim brothers on Kashmir, has now become a problem.
