The terrorists and separatists were brought to Agra from Kashmir in a special plane of the Indian Air Force. Over 40,000 security personnel have been positioned in Kashmir and over 300 political leaders are in custody, including former chief ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah

Srinagar: Reports said on Thursday that the government has shifted tens of terrorists and hardcore pro-Pakistan separatists from Kashmir. Sources said some 70 terrorists and separatists have been shifted from the Kashmir Valley to a prison in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
