A US based Baluchistan body called the 'Baluchistan National Congress' (BNC) sternly denounced the Pulwama terror attack perpetrated by Pakistan backed Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) that martyred 40 CRPF Jawans.

Emphasising to bring the culprits to justice, the BNC urged the Modi-government to cut all diplomatic ties with Pakistan, recall the Indian ambassador from Islamabad and send back Pakistan's ambassador from New Delhi immediately without any further delay.

"The perpetrators must be brought to justice. There should be no doubt that Pakistan was behind the attack", BNC President Wahid Baloch said in a statement.

Moreover, BNC further suggested that the Indian government must declare war against Pakistan, claiming that Islamabad declared proxy war against New Delhi by conducting the ghastly terror attack.

"It is time to pay Pakistan back for their crimes against humanity and killing of innocent people," Baloch said.

Furthermore, the BNC asked the Indian government to help exiled Baloch leader Khan Kalat to set up the Government of Baluchistan (GoB) in exile in India and help him to file a case against Pakistan's "illegal occupation" of Baluchistan in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague.

In the wake of the cowardly attack, India withdrew the Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status accorded to Pakistan and hiked basic customs duty on all goods imported from the neighbouring country to 200%. 

Reflecting the outrage in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that "the blood of Indians is boiling" and issued a clear warning to Pakistan, declaring that the "guardians" of the perpetrators of the Pulwama terror attack will be "definitely punished." 

Despite being the largest, resource-rich province of Pakistan, the atrocities of Islamabad on Balloonist is widely known as the province has been demanding political rights, autonomy and a control over their own resources ever since independence in 1947.

For their power struggle, Baluchistan people have sought help from India.
