One Held In Amritsar Attack; Amarinder Blames Pak ISI
At least 3 persons were killed and nearly 10 injured in a grenade blast that took place today at the sect Nirankari congregation in Rajasansi, some 12-km from holy town in Amritsar
The police have arrested one person in connection with the recent grenade attack in Amritsar.
The arrested individual is identified as 26-year-old Bikramjit Singh as mentioned in a recent tweet by Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh.
Two men on a motorcycle had hurled a grenade at the Nirankari Bhawan near Amritsar. The attack last Sunday had killed three people and left many injured.
Reports say the police have also recovered the motorcycle used by the assailants.
According to the Chief Minister, the police are close to nabbing another individual --Avtar Singh.
Initial reports in Tribune and The Times of India quotes Capt Amarinder Singh accusing non-state actors from across the border for the attack with close links to the ISI.

Tribune quotes Chief Minster in a report.
Chief Minister also produced the image of the grenade used in the attack while briefing the press and said: "it is the signature of the ISI", reports The Times of India.
"We have busted 17 modules, 81 people have been arrested, 77 arms and ammunition have been seized, in addition to IEDs, grenades etc. Our forces are always one step ahead of them." -- said the TOI report quoting the CM.
