At least nine people were injured Wednesday in a bomb blast in a mosque in the Pakistani city of Chaman, GEO TV has said.

An improvised explosive device was hidden inside a cupboard, the GEO TV channel cited police as saying. Two injured are reported to be in critical condition.

The city is located on the border with Afghanistan in the restive Baluchistan province and has seen several explosions this year.
