Man Trying To Enter NC Chief's Residence In Jammu & Kashmir Gunned Down
A man has been gunned down by security personnel when he was trying to enter former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah's residence in Jammu
Srinagar: According to reports coming in, there has been a security breach at National Conference party president Farooq Abdullah's house in Jammu and Kashmir. The security breach at the former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir's house, reportedly took place on Saturday morning. The latest update says that a man has been gunned down by security personnel when he was trying to enter former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah's residence in Jammu. The intruder, was reportedly in a car. Check the ANI tweet below:

Jammu range SSP, Vivek Gupta, said that the intruder breached the main gate and went inside. He had a scuffle with the duty officers there. Duty officer was also injured. After that he entered the residence, and there has been some sort of damage to the articles over there. Subsequently, the man was shot dead. Check his statement to the press in the tweet below:
This is not the first attack on a political leader in Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier this year, on July 16, a policeman was killed and another policeman sustained injuries after terrorists attacked a police post outside the residence of a National Conference leader Ghulam Mohiuddin Mir in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.
On April 26, terrorists had opened fire at senior politician Ghulam Nabi Patel, killing him in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama. According to reports, Patel and his two aides were travelling in their car when terrorists intercepted his SUV near Rajpora Chowk of Pulwama and had opened firing, resulting in the death of the leader.
