It has been 19 years since India won one of the crucial wars fought in history and took back charge of the outposts lost to Pakistani on 26th July,1999.
On this day every year, we honour the Kargil War's Heroes. The day also marks the crucial success of 'Operation Vijay'. Functions have been organised across the country to commemorate the contribution of the Armed forces.
